The Small Log Nest is modeled after the initial chambers of Camponotus sp. queens and small colonies, but it's versatile for other ant genera too. Its tall interior (15mm) and spacious layout (35mm) provide queens ample room to move and choose their founding spot. It accommodates 3/8 inch vinyl tubing and measures 2.4" by 1.6". Cleaning involves disassembly, hot water washing, drying, and reassembly. It comes with a nest, test tubes, a clip-on macro lens, steel-tipped tweezers, liquid feeders, a pipette, and Fluon.
