The Shop Division utilizes a 45,000 SF 100% climate controlled facility with two 30' x 60' blast and paint booths for surface preparation of steel plates & beams, fabricated pipe, pipe manifolds, exchangers, vessels, fittings & flanges, and valves.

The enclosed abrasive blast booth is equipped with and EPA containment system which includes a dryer with desiccant to keep the blast media dry.  the blast operators breathe Grade D air (no particulates, fumes, etc.) and are equipped with carbon dioxide monitors to ensure safe operations.

The Shop Division provides multi-shift operations to meet each customers' scheduling needs.  We are fully capable of running 24/7/365.  All work conforms to NACE, SSPC and/or ISO Standards.  Mil Tests are conducted per SSPC specifications during painting operations.  Dry paint thickness is measured with magnetic gauges.  These tests are monitored by our on-staff Quality Control Inspector.
